Alex Gurtner received his Bachelor of Science degree (Ingenieur FH) in Electrical Engineering at the University of Applied Science in Burgdorf, Bern, Switzerland, in February 2006. Since April 2006, he has been doing his Masters by Research in Electrical Engineering at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. His main research activity is in the area of image processing and quantitative remote sensing in UAV mapping with fish-eye lenses. |

| Jennifer Go | ||
| Bio | ||
Jennifer Go is a MSc-student from Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands. In 2004 she obtained her BSc degree in Aerospace Engineering and is now rounding up her MSc phase at Space Systems Engineering in Delft. Her thesis work is in optimizing the structure for nano-satellite Delfi-n3Xt. As part of her MSc she completed 3 ½ months of research at ARCAA in the autumn of 2008. Jennifer’s research was in the design of a power sub-system for an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). Jennifer investigated the feasibility of using a single supply for multiple noise-sensitive avionics systems. |
