	Bio
	Troy graduated from a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace Avionics) in 2002. He graduated with a Master of Engineering in 2005 where he developed precise timing, navigation and carrier phase algorithms for QUT's "Space Applications GPS Receiver", for use on rockets and small Low-Earth-Orbit satellites. His primary interests are in GNSS, aircraft navigation systems, aerodynamics, Kalman Filtering, Nonlinear Filtering, System Identification, Multiple Model Estimation, and Precise Timing.
