Xi graduated in 2006 with first class honours from a BEng in Aerospace Avionics at QUT. His undergraduate thesis was on the development of ground control software, as part of a group effort to develop an Unmanned Aircraft System. During his undergraduate studies Xi once received the Boeing award for top student in Avionics. In 2007, Xi commenced his PhD in multi-criteria decision making for UAVs applied to forced landing. |
