In the last 5 years ARCAA has attracted over $20M in research project funding. This has been sourced from the Australian Research Council, Cooperative Research Centres, CSIRO Science Investment funding, Queensland Government Smart State Schemes and, importantly, from direct industry funding.
ARCAA personnel work hard to maintain strong links with industry and to ensure that the outcomes of ARCAA research lead to commercial outcomes, meeting commercial development timelines where necessary. Our documentation is based on industry standards and we have a full-time project manager (ex-aerospace industry) to keep track of budgets and schedules.
